Warranty
RefriDirect.com guarantees for 2 years, according to the art. 132of the law 206/2005. The guarantee is given directly where there is no direct service of the manufacturing company through toll-free-number or internet site. If the goods are sent back to our company the client must open a RMA proceeding following this:
- He must contact us through CONTACTS or +39 030 5231578
- He must specify the defect of the product, invoice number and purchase date
- He must send his request
- He must wait until we contact him to verify the entity of the wrong functioning or defect, so that we can value an eventual re-entering of the goods for repairing or chainging. We only and exclusively do it after receiving the RMA number
- He must wait to receive the RMA number in his email
- He must put on the parcels to send back, in a position that can be easily seen, the RMA number he has received.
Goods sent without RMA number won’t be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his expenses.
We recommend, to your benefit, to prepare the parcel with care using the original packing and to send through a shipping company (if possible insuring the goods), so to be sure that the goods can be tracked and arrive safely at destination.
If a fault is found in the first month of life of the product the shipping costs are completely on charge of RefriDirect.com; after that period and until the end of the 24 months of garantee the expenses are on charge of the client.
It is on our charge the following delivery to the client.
RefriDirect.com has the right to change or repair within 60 days the item with a fault, giving a similar o superior product if the required item isn’t available any more. Returning a new or repaired item doesn’t increase the 24 months of the original guarantee.
Should the customer find faults when the guarantee has expired he can tell DimasTech to repair the item, but the shipping expenses to and from our company must be all paid by the client. Qualified staff will repair the items. If the client expressly requires the goods to be repaired, this fact extends the guarantee for other 24 months.
We can’t consider returned goods that:
- Don’t have a copy of the invoice issued with the act of sale
- Don’t have the RMA number on the outside of the parcel
- Have guaranteed labels with signs of manumissions
- Don’t have the original packing or are incomplete (missing pieces)
- Have been damaged because of lack of skill or inadequate packing
- Have been damaged because of lack of skill in the choice of the shipping partner.
We suggest you insure the goods that must be repaired or changed. RefriDirect.com won’t consider for repairing or changing items that have been damaged by the couriers who delivered the goods.
We advise you to take pictures of the product and the packaging used before the return shipment.
If RefriDirect.com finds other damages besides the ones documented for the opening of the proceeding for repairing/changing it will have the right to ask the client if he wants to continue the proceeding of repairing/changing with higher expenses, as these extra damages have been caused by others.
The client can ask for refund, contacting the courier that caused him these damages during the transport.
RefriDirect.com will send an invoice for the extra repairing. The customer can use our invoice to ask for refund for repairing from the courier who damaged the item during the transport.
