Right of withdrawal

Sending back the unwanted parcel cost 25 euro. For better dealing with shipping we ask all our clients to contact the customer service (contacts or +39 030 5231578), saying to cancel the order within 12 hours from the order. That is important, so you won’t pay the cost mentioned above.

The right of withdrawal from the client can be made only according the art. 64 and following by the law 206/2005. If the withdrawal is not made according to the article mentioned above, we will apply art. 1453 and following of the Civil Code and you will have to pay the price of the goods, excluded the right of withdrawal of the contract, and the damage suffered from the seller. In case of withdrawal according to the art. 5 of the law 185/1999, the client must pay the shipping back to the seller according to the art.5 of the law 185/1999.

The customer must pay for shipping back the goods.
The client must inform us contacting us with the form contact asking for and sending:

  • the will to exert the right of withdrawal
  • the invoice number and date of issue
  • bank account data for the reimbursement.

Our customer service, on getting the communication of withdrawal will communicate the accept returns (a unique code sent by email to be printed, cut and applied) so that you can send back everything within the following 14 days, as mentioned by the UE law 2011/83/CE.
The law says ( law n.185 of 22/05/1999) that the refund of the goods must follow these conditions:

  • The goods must be intact (with no damages or manumissions)
  • The goods must be sent back in the original packing; we can’t accept items with damaged packing or without sw (if included) or with packing with signs of manumissions(for example, the sw of the video cards, recorders, etc). The same thing is valid for the operating systems if installed or initialized.
  • The client must pay for shipping back the goods.

You have to put on the parcels to send back, in a positions that can be easily seen, the accept returns. The goods sent without the accepts returns won’t be accepted and will be sent back to the customers at his expenses. We recommend to prepare the parcel with care, using the original packing and a shipping company to make sure an eventual tracking of the goods.

On receiving the goods, after the necessary check, RefriDirect.com, within 30 days, will refund the client for the whole amount of the order, excluding the initial shipping costs.

Attention: This kind of sale and, therefore, the right of withdrawal, are valid only for private customers.
No right of withdrawal is given to wholesalers or to people with VAT.
