Shipping and Delivery

RefriDirect.com uses the national shipping companies BRT or SDA.

For international shipments, we rely on BRT, UPS and FEDEX.

Time of preparation, verification and shipment of the order depends on the availability of the goods ordered and are therefore subject to possible delays caused by force majeure. The availability in the e-commerce site www.refridirect.com is displayed for information purposes only and may be subject to errors. Our couriers deliver during normal business hours (9-17).

We advise you to choose a delivery address at which our couriers will find someone to perform the delivery. The phone number is mandatory to reduce problems related to the absence of the customer at the address specified in the order.

The delivery service by appointment is selectable during Order Completion at an additional cost of 3.00 € (including VAT). The selected carrier will contact the customer the day before delivery to agree on the ideal time to make the delivery.

Deliveries outside Italy must be specifically requested by an email because the tax laws and the shipping costs depending on the country of destination must be checked each time. Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer is obliged to check that the number and identity of packages corresponds to the data shown in the accompanying document and check the outside of the package, that the packaging is intact, dry and not tampered with , and in case of tampering or damage thereto, must collect the parcel but affix to the document received the following statement: "Delivery accepted subject to verification of the integrity of the contents."

If any damage is found or there is mismatch in the content, refuse the delivery to the carrier immediately and report to our customer service (or contacts at +39 030 5231578). In case of loss or theft of goods shipped, the customer must notify us of non-delivery by writing to "contacts" or at +39 030 5231578. We will start our research practice, if you do not have results within 3 weeks, the customer can request the sending of new material in whole or termination of the contract, in this case within 30 days we will issue a credit note and refund the Customer .
